A love filled day at brudenell river resort
Located on the eastern side of Prince Edward Island is a lovely escape for golfers, campers, vacationers and for people in love.
Nestled along the Brudenell River, the resort combines sweeping waterfront views, rolling golf course landscape and classic Maritime charm all in one place. Its the kind of venue where guests can truly turn a wedding day into a full experience.
From the moment everyone arrived, the atmosphere felt relaxed and intentional. Quiet moments on cottage balconies, mimosas with friends and the buzz of excitement.
One of the things I love most about photographing here is the variety of backdrops within minutes of each other. Waterfront docks, tree lined pathways, open greens and more. All spaces that are perfect for portraits that feel nature without having to pull the wedding party and the guests too far out of the moment.
This ceremony took place at a sentimental and quaint church not far from the resort although the resort offers ceremony spaces for couples who wish to use it, this church setting instead was perfect for L+ C. After the ceremony they left for formal wedding party images and then made their grand entrance into their reception. Bread was broken and tearful speeches were made during a perfect dinner. Then the dance floor began to fill as people let loose to enjoy the rest of the festivities. A great aspect to this resort is the on site accommodations, ensuring all guests were able to make it home or to a room safely at the end of the perfect night.
